Our high impact day is an intensive 8-hour coaching session designed to boost your confidence and refine your career narratives. You will work directly with Coach Carrie to identify your key achievements and transform them into compelling stories that resonate with potential employers. By the end of the day, you’ll feel prepared with insider tips and proven strategies to effectively articulate your value and show the interviewers why you would be an exceptional fit for the role.

How It Works

1. Fill Out The Application

Fill out our short application form to apply for a high impact day. We will get be touch within 24 business hours to let you know if we feel you are a good fit for our program and have availability in our schedule to help you.

2. Kickoff Call & Pre-Work

In our initial 30-minute video call, we will discuss your main challenges, schedule your session, and review the day's plan. We’ll have a bit of pre-work for you to do prior to the Impact Day so we have a better understanding of your career.

3. Strategy Call

We’ll meet briefly before your scheduled day to review your pre-work and answer any questions you may have. This step allows us to maximize our time and results on your High Impact Day.

4. High Impact Day!

A full 8-hour day of 1:1 virtual coaching and strategy to help you create impactful interview stories and confidently present your value to your potential employer.

5. Post Interview Follow Up

After your interview, we’ll check in to talk about how it went, (hopefully celebrate with you!) and talk about next steps for going forward.

    We review your desired outcome and if you’re unsure of what that is, that’s okay, we can start there. As we build a plan, we’ll check in on how you’re doing and make any adjustments so you stay on track.  

  • We recommend meeting weekly or bi-weekly to get the most out of coaching and maintain momentum towards your desired outcomes. 

    Calls are typically 45 minutes to an hour, and include exercises or homework for our next session to help you make incremental progress.

  • We do not offer refunds as coaching clients who commit fully to our program, do the work, and apply the concepts can expect to see results.

  • You'll have lifetime access to the session notes and summaries, your personal folder of resources, and the templates we utilize in your sessions. These resources are meant to be built upon, and you may find them useful long after our coaching sessions!

  • I do! I offer many free and lower-cost options that are a great way to move you closer to your goals until you're ready for coaching.
